From New York
We have known for a long time that travel inspires.
My stay in New York was an inspiration for many of my paintings.
The fragments of the city I registered are deprived of the famous New York dynamic.
Seen from the perspective of the 23rd floor they live in their own, seemingly slowed rhythm.
From that height everything loses speed, quiets and cools down.
But that doesn’t mean it’s boring. On the contrary, while walking on the Manhattan roofs you can find many inspiring forms, colors, and secrets.
I tried to register them.
I think that in the time when everything rushes at the utmost speed, we need to slow down.
And paradoxically I managed to do that in New York.
